The most of spread machine of stretch film wrapping technology that could be encountered in many industrial sectors. This machine intended for total wrapping or partial packing of the goods on the pallet or without it.
Packaging with stretch film will ensure the safety of the goods during its transportation and storage. The products will be protected from moisture, mechanical, atmospheric and other influences. Also, simplified
handling, storage, transportation, accounting products.
The machine provides equal wrapping and keeps the marketable view of the product. VPT (Variable
Pre-Tensioning) or PRE-STRETCH equipment allows the films to be automatically stretched and synchronized during rotation (wrapping). With this option, the film can be stretched evenly (with maximum tension).
The VPT option is recommended usually for high volume production where it will significantly reflect the
reduction in film consumption. Also, it is recommended for workpieces with sharp ledges and corners (to avoid
permanent tearing of the stretch film)
