ATALAY 5S AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING MACHINE

Sticking unit; cuts and sticks PVC, Foil, melamine and ABS tape excessively. The glue pot is 2.5Kg in capacity and becomes ready in 15 minutes.
Front-end cutting unit;Cuts excess pvc in the head and tail of the panel material.
The unit works with a linear slide system. Saws can be angled 0-7 degrees.
Milling unit: 0.40-3mm pvc cleans the bottom and top of the material radically. The disc tracking system makes precise milling and does not create scratches on glossy surfaces
It can be precisely adjusted by measuring indicators which lift the problem of adjustment in the way of 0,40mm den 2mm passes.

Radius scraping unit; picks up the remaining surplus and the traces that the milling blades have made on the pvc, the disk tracker and the mount.
Pneumatic glue scraping unit; Cleans excess glue between PVC and flakeboard. the unit works with the help of pneumatic printing.
Buffing unit; polishes the pvc surface by taking the glue residues with cotton brushes.
There is a metric measurement system with an electronic counter to calculate the part length
The machine is equipped with high safety systems that protect the operator and workpieces.
Ergonomic control panel provides more convenient operation.
The machine is PLC controlled.
